Location: New Castle, Delaware, USA (role is on site, full-time; transition periods will be considered for candidates outside of the great Wilmington / Philadelphia region)

Position Overview: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead DIMO Corp., driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. The CEO will be work with management and the board of directors to set the company’s vision, direct growth, and fostering a culture of customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives, promoting revenue growth and profitability.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in DIMO’s core markets, and expand the Company’s business within its current markets, as well as new identified opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the company’s ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the executive team, promoting continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 15+ years in aerospace or defense, with 10+ years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving company growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial implications on a business and an ability to report to a board of directors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and certifications, including ISO 9001, AS9100 and others.
