Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experienced Salesperson to drive sales growth within the aviation aftermarket sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aftermarket aircraft parts sales for both commercial and military applications, with experience working with domestic and international customers. Proficiency in Quantum Control ERP is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international customers in the commercial and military aircraft parts aftermarket.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Manage and track sales orders, quotes, and inventory using Quantum Control ERP.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Represent DIMO Corp at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in the aftermarket aircraft parts industry (commercial and military).
- Established network of domestic and international aviation customers and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of Quantum Control ERP.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of export regulations and international trade compliance is a plus.
- This role is on-site, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement.
